First saw this camera in Currys and couldn't put it down, I have a fujifilm E550, also bought off Amazon almost 5yrs ago, all the controls are the same which made navigating around this camera quite easy for me. Reason for buying it?..............This was bought for my wife, I have been looking out for a nice little digital camera for her to keep in her handbag one that is not too big yet has the ability to produce photo's to the quality of what we are used to from our E550 and after the play around in Currys I was hooked. The deep colour on here is nothing like the colour purple you get (which I knew) the camera is smaller than some mobile phones out there, coupled with a 8GB memory card it holds approx. 2990 photos at 10M setting and around the 5500 at the 5M setting, 7570 at the 3M setting, 38 mins video at 640 and 65 mins at 320 setting, the screen is a good size and the flash gives good bright photo's all in all a good little camera of which I hope will serve the purpose for what I bought it for, my wife likes it which is the most important point and it's not a usual silver or black colour, it can be found in various colours and these seem to give it an idividual touch. I hope it proves to be as good a buy as the E550 has been and that my wife can now catch little moments with our young daughter when out and about in this wonderful British climate!

I was suprised by how small the camera.Great for slipping into a pocket when you are out. The picture quality is fantastic.

I had been looking for a camera for my girlfriend's birthday for a while, she had specifically specified that she wanted a new digital camera which was hot pink in colour! I looked all over for a camera in pink but couldn't find anything that I though was small enough. I then came across this camera in Tesco direct and I instantly loved the look of it, although it was not hot pink it was a very attractive colour for the girlfriend! Once I had bought the camera from Amazon (cheapest on Internet at the time) I decided to charge it up ready so that she could use it straight away, I found that navigating around the menus is very easy and it took very good pictures. When the girlfriend got the camera she loved it and she also found it very easy to use and take photos. She has had it now for about 2 months and she has taken loads of pictures and uploaded them easily onto facebook!
Pros:
1. Very nice colour selection.
2. Nice and small, easily fits in pocket or handbag.
3. Easy to quickly take photos by sliding the front to turn it on.
4. Take very good quality pictures for such a compact camera.
5. Good video quality and ease of use.
6. Rechargeable lithium battery which lasts a good time.
7. Takes the normal SD memory cards.
Cons:
1. Can't think of any for the sort of snapping we use it for.
So the conclusion is that if your looking for a good looking, compact, colourful and easy to use camera for your day to day snapping and facebook uploading then this camera is great!

This little camera is packed with technology but fits nicely into a pocket or handbag. The quality of the photos is great and the ease of use for children is rewarding. The one thing that surprised us all is the quality of the movie making mode in sound and vision.

I am very pleased with this camera; produces great quality pictures in any lighting and the videos have good sound and picture quality too. Everything was working fine, just took about an hour to charge the camera and then it was ready to go. It's very simple to use, you'll get used to it in a matter of minutes so great for those who don't have a great deal of camera experience. It really is very small-perfect for putting in your pocket, although I would definitely get a case because it seems quite delicate and easy to stractch or break. As another reviewer said, the purple is actually much lighter than what is showed in the picture, but I had seen this camera in Boots so knew this and it still looks fab :) Only downnpoint is that there's little internal memory, so you'll need a decent sized memory card (4Gb or more)but you are told this so it's not really an issue. Overall, great value for money, and I'd reccommend it for anyone looking for a present for their teen daughter.
