 Does What Its Supposed to July 23, 2010

Having read a few of the negative comments i'm baffled. First off this is a netbook. It doesnt have the power of laptop. I have a laptop for stuff like dreamweaver and flash and I bought this to surf the net, play poker, to use MS Word and to watch a few movies. If thats what you want to do this is perfectly adequate. Those wanting to use graphic design software...what are you thinking? the processor isn't powerful enough for that, but netbooks arent meant to be for that. As for this one, i found it surfed the net fairly quickly. I did delete a few of the programs i didnt want, like google toolbar and a few others. The battery life is great and though i dont need 250gb its good to have to store the odd movie. All in all it does the basics very competently. I also bought because a 10" screen was too small. This size is great for viewing websites and writing on word. For me a good purchase.

Brilliant product - very happy with it.
The Netbook has all the specs of a laptop, minus the CD-rom. It is so light and easily fits in my purse.
Best part ... the battery life lasts forever!
Delivery was amazingly fast, too.
I can only highly recommend it!

If you need a PC that is very portable, an can be used for a wide range of basic tasks, this is the one.
I have XP and Ubuntu running on it. I use it for playing Music, playing films, web surfing, mail, games, viewing images and photos etc...
The full keyboard is easy to use. The wireless receiver is working like a charm. The battery live is excellent.

I purchased this note pad as an on the go tool and was shocked at the battery life! 7 Hours of constant use.
If you want to send emails and do office work on a note pad then this is a must!
Note that there is no cd rom and the speakers are a bit lame.

Ordered pm with free delivery option, on Wednesday whole order arrived 10am next morning. The Specs are the best and the price beats any around. Battery life so far I have got up to 8 Hours.
My only regret is that I did not purchase 1 day earlier as I really wanted a blue case but they had run out overnight so got a red (Maroon)one instead. Not the fastest machine at start up (normal Vista problems) bit once up and running its faster than my PC on emails and basic software applications.
